About the minutes
A "minute" is one minute of voice call time on a SG number, billed in 6-second increments. WhatsApp messages aren't counted as minutes (Pro tier is unmetered for WhatsApp). Overage rates apply when you exceed your tier's pool.
About integrations
Calendar (Google, Outlook) and CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) are included on Growth and Pro. Deep PMS integrations (Plato, Smartdent, OneClinic, Booksy) are included on Pro. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
About support
Starter gets email plus WhatsApp support within one business day. Growth gets priority WhatsApp (4-hour response, business hours SGT). Pro gets a dedicated success manager, quarterly reviews, and 1-hour response for emergencies.

What is PSG, and how does the bundle work?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is Enterprise Singapore's flagship subsidy for SMEs adopting pre-approved digital solutions. It covers up to 50% of qualifying spend. Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd is a PSG-approved vendor under the Digital Marketing Solutions category. VirtualAssistant SG is delivered as part of BMA's bundled package, so the bundle qualifies for PSG co-funding.

- Group annual sales below S$100M, or fewer than 200 employees
How the bundle works
- You purchase BMA's PSG-approved Digital Marketing Solutions package, with VirtualAssistant SG bundled in.
- BMA submits the PSG claim on your behalf via Business Grants Portal.
- Once approved, IMDA reimburses 50% of the bundled spend.
- BMA's finance team handles the paperwork end to end.
Direct PSG vendor approval for VirtualAssistant SG is in progress. Once granted, you'll be able to claim PSG against VirtualAssistant SG standalone. Until then, the bundled path via Best Marketing Agency is how Singapore SMEs claim PSG today. Speak to us for the latest status.
