For a business that already gets enquiries, earning back S$397 is a low bar to clear. That is exactly why we are happy to put our money where our mouth is.

The conditions

We keep this fair for both sides.

The guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

• You run a legitimate, registered Singapore business (valid UEN) that has been trading for at least 12 months.
• You already receive customer enquiries. Ah Va converts the demand you have, it does not invent demand from nothing, so the guarantee assumes your normal enquiry flow continues during the 90 days.
• You set Ah Va up and keep it running for the full 90 days: your line forwarded or number connected, the assistant configured (we help), Ah Va left on, and your calendar connected if you take bookings.
• You and your team work the qualified leads and bookings Ah Va delivers. We measure what Ah Va delivers, not whether your team follows up, so missed callbacks or no-shows on your side are not covered.
• Your subscription is active and paid for the whole 90 days. The guarantee does not apply after an early cancellation.
• You request your refund within 14 days of the 90-day mark.
• One claim per business. The guarantee is not available to agencies or resellers.
• A refund covers the subscription fees you paid during the 90-day window. Usage beyond your plan's included minutes, and any third-party services you pay for directly, are not included.
• We confirm delivery from our own records, which log every lead and booking Ah Va handled for you.
