Why this product exists.
Jim Ng is the founder of Best Marketing Agency, a Singapore digital agency serving roughly 27 active SME clients across clinics, salons, F&B, fitness, and professional services.
After a decade of running paid ads for SG service businesses, one pattern showed up over and over: clients spent S$2,000 to S$10,000 a month generating phone calls that nobody answered.
The math was brutal. Clinics losing after-hours enquiries to whichever competitor picked up. Salons missing weekend booking windows. Tuition centres ignored at 9pm when parents actually had time to call. Best ad targeting in the world doesn't matter if your front desk is offline.
Voice AI infrastructure has finally got cheap enough and fluent enough to handle real Singapore conversations, with the latency and naturalness customers expect. So we built it specifically for SG service businesses.

Almost every voice AI tool you can buy today is American, built for American customers, trained on American English, integrated with American booking systems. The Singapore market deserves better than a re-skinned import.
Singapore accent moat
Singlish, Mandarin code-switching, accent-tolerant ASR. We trained against Singapore audio, not California audio. We will continue to fine-tune against real customer calls (with consent).

How we run the business.
- Operator-led and self-funded. Built and run from inside an SG agency with real client revenue, not from outside investors looking for an exit.
- Singapore-only until 2028. ASEAN expansion only after the SG product is unambiguously best in market.
- Remote-first, no fixed office. The product doesn't need a physical front. Customer ROI does.
- Quality over speed of logo count. Our first three deployments are with our own brands and one premium client. Public launch only after 90 days of measured ROI.
